  I will make sure Staff (S2) is not alone and enroll S2 in the infant and toddler classes through Laguna Tech. I will submit proof of enrollment to Licensing and I will adjust the schedule to make sure S2 is not alone. Based on observation, interview, and record review, Staff (S2) is not a qualified teacher or qualified teacher aide and was observed alone providing care and supervision to one active infant and three napping infants which is an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to the persons in care.
