  I have changed the schedule to make sure there are two teachers at all times and I will not co mingle the children. I will provide a copy of the updated staffing schedule to Licensing by POC date. Based on interviews, in the evening, the infant day care children are co-mingled with the preschool and school aged children. The children are strapped inside a multi-seated stroller in the lobby, or put in one classroom, or outside on the same play yard which is an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risks to the persons in care.
