Based on record review The sink is located in a closed classroom. Classroom has been closed since 2020. Children do not have access to the classroom. LPA took pictures and cleared citiation during visit the facility did not ensure water sources at facility meet lead requirements. Lead test results showed that one water sources have an action level exceedance. LPA observed water sources are inaccessible to children. Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At 9:30am, LPA observed in Room 2, 23 preschoolers with Staff 2 and Staff 2.
