Director will provide proof to the LPA that the outlet has been removed by the POC due date. Center will also notify parents about what has been done to date (e.g. signs, plans to replace outlets, etc). Based on record review the facility did not comply with the above regulation as the lead action level was exceeded in one water outlet, which poses Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
