This outlet is never used for drinking or food preparation and was tested in error. Director was advised to contact lead testers to request removal of the exceedance from the database. Based on record review the facility did not comply with the above regulation as the lead action level was exceeded in one water outlet, which poses Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
