The Director, Michelle Pezman, provided the LPA a copy of the training agenda, adressing Title 22 regulations, and a copy of the teacher signatures confirming their attendance. Based on record review, and interviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in that, (S1) was observed pulling (C1)'s arm, in a rough manner, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
