This was not met as evidenced by, Ms. Choi stated that the facility will schedule a staff meeting to discuss and refresh internal procedures when a child sustains a injury, daily health checks, and reporting requirements. Ms. Choi stated she will provide the agenda to LPA via email by COB 09/15/22. Child #1 sustained a mouth injury where the facility staff did not make prompt arrangements to seek medical treatment. This poses an Immediate Health and Safety risk to the clients in care.
