Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there is a planted citrus/fruit tree, approximately 2' tall in a surrounded by large shells in the soil. The branches of the tree have sharp pointed areas and some of the shells have rough edges which, if a child fell into them on on them, it could cause an inury.
