101700.3(b)(1) · Written Directives per AB2370: A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirement is not met as evidenced by Director reported, sink faucets are in exceedance were replaced, and posted a "Do not use" sign until the results in the retest are lower than the exeedance level. Based on water testing results and interviews, facility tested over the Lead Exceedance level at 2 sink faucet measuring one at 6.9ppb and the other at 11.0 ppb. Director stated the faucet has been used to fill filtered Brita water pitchers and provided the water to children in the past.
