101700.3(b)(1) · Written Directives per AB2370: A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirement is not met as evidenced by Director reported, sink faucets in exceedance was replaced, and posted a "Do not use" sign until the results in the retest are lower than the exeedance level. Based on water testing results and interviews, facility tested over the Lead Exceedance level at 1 infant sink faucet measuring at 21.0 ppb. Director stated the faucet has been used to fill filtered Brita water pitchers and use the faucet for food prep in the past.
