Director posted the lead sampling test results. Director placed signs on the outlets to make sure that staff and children do not use the faucets. Director is utilizing filtered water dispensers as another source of water and using personal water bottles as source of drinking water. Based on facility Lead sampling tests it was discovered that Outlets F, G, and H had high level of lead. This poses a potential risk to the health of children in care.
