LPA observations of children Per Administrator, the facility will review Title 22 regulation 101161(a) and will ensure they adhere to title 22 section 101161(a). Administrator stated that she will submit a wavier to the department to use the preschool playground while preschoolers are having lunch. co-mingling at 12:00pm, LPA observed 4 elementary children in the preschool playground. At 12:05pm LPA obderved a elementary child going into the preschool classroom to obtain there belongings. This is a immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care. Per administrator states that they thought online classes were fine and she has scheduled an upcoming training for all staff.
