    101223(a)(1)(2) · 101223 Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. The preschool management conducted their own investigations and reviewed their program's zero tolerance policy for using physical guidance, S1 no longer works for the daycare center. *CORRECTED. Citation has been cleared.

    Based on the report and interviews with staff, the children's personal rights were violated on multiple occassions by staff (S1). This poses an immediate risk to the Health, Safety or Personal Rights to children in care According to AB 633, parents must be provided with this report which contains this Type A deficiency for the next 12 months and copy of signed acknowledgement form must be kept in each child's file. Per Director, the affected faucets will be replaced and Director will submit a new water sample test results to CCL that is within the reporting limit by POC due date of 6/13/2022.
