    Licensee contacted parent of one infant and had them pick the child up while LPA was present. Licensee shall submit a written plan acknowledging understanding and complying with small family child care home ratio requirements at any given time within 24 hours by POC date 09/02/23. Based on observation, Licensee did not comply with section cited above.
