Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, LPA observed Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, and other items which could pose a danger accessible to children in the outdoor play area, garage floor (where families drop off and pick up), and master bedroom, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
