Facility has taken the following steps: Shutoff/removed and labeled the one (1) outlet, replaced the filter to one outlet, will notify parental notification of the water testing results, and are reviewing options to correct the ALE. Facility conducted water lead testing and had two (2) outlets exceeded the action level exceedance per regulations.
