  Director is to ensure that all children bring extra pairs of clothing in case of accidents that were to occur. Director is also to change their policies or have a meeting with staff to ensure that they are following the policy regarding potty training. Director is to submit updated policy or agenda of meeting to LPA. Based on observation and interviews conducted, Center did not comply with the deficiency cited above staff did not follow regulations posted in their handbook and dressed child in clothing that was not theirs whichposes a potential risk to the health, safety and or personal rights of children in care.
