As of 09/01/2021 Director has hired a fully qualifed teacher to care for children. Director agrees to follow regualtions and will not allow a teachers aide to care for chldren without a fully qualified teacher. Teacher aide is currently enrolled in college and will complete the requirements to become a qualified teacher by the end of this fall semester. Based on records and observation on 08/30/2021, LPA observed a teachers-aid caring for children with out a fully qualified teacher which posses an immediate health and safety risk to children.
