101229(a)(1) · Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision. The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. The Director will review Title 22 Regulations Section 101229 on Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision and develop a written Plan of Correction (POC) to ensure compliance. Written POC must be submitted to CCL by the POC due date. This requirement was not being met as evidenced by: On 1/23/24, at approximately 11:45AM, during transition from the Infant 1 playground to the classroom, Staff did not conduct a proper name-to-face roll call, nor a sweep of the playground, resulting in Child 1 being left on the playground unsupervised between 30 seconds to 4 minutes.
