This requirement was not being met as evidenced by: During a walk through of the During today's visit, the Director confiscated the hazardous items and locked them making them inaccessible to children in care. Deficiency was cleared at the time of visit and no further action is needed. kitchen, LPA observed sharp knives left unlocked and accessible to children in the kitchen cabinet drawer, next to the sink. The kitchen is on limits to children in care as the children pass through the kitchen area in order to get to the bathroom nearest to the kitchen. During a walk through of the bathroom (near the kitchen area), LPA observed a Lysol toilet bowl cleaner left unlocked accessible to children underneath the bathroom sink.
