  On 8/2/23, Child 2 bit Child 1 on the chest, but nor staff or the Licensee had knowledge of the incident until it was brought to their attention by the mother of Child 1. After reviewing video surveillance, facility staff confirmed that the incident happened at the day care but staff did not witness the incident because they were busy assisting other children at the time.
