The Licensee will conduct an in-service training with all staff on the importance of ensuring compliance within this section. Copies of the training along with signatures of all attendees will be submitted to CCL by the POC due date of 5/31/24. Based on interviews conducted and records reviewed, on 01/11/24, Staff 1 was not able to provide the necessary supervision to keep Child 2 from biting Child 1. This poses a potential Health or Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
