Director competed staff meetings to address supervsion procedures and added additional Name-to-Face step/procedure when everyone has transitioned inside the classrooms to ensure all children are accounted for. Copies of the supervison trainings with staff initial and date will be submitted to LPA. Based on interviews, staff did not provide supervision for one child within two minutes as children were transitioning inside of the classroom.
