Based on LPA observations on 05/15/24, 2 teachers were observed supervising 26 children in the Older Twos classroom on 05/22/24 and on 06/05/23, 1 staff supervising 16 children(13 napping, 3 awake including 1 child sitting at the table) in classroom Threes, which posed an immediate risks to the health, safety and personal rights to the children in care.
