  Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with By 02/27/2026, Director stated they have repair person come tonite to fix roof. Director stated if roof is not fixed, Director will move children to another classroom. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected. ...the section cited above when facility has failed to permanently repair the roof leak resulting in water intrusion into the classroom and accumulation on the walls which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
