Education manager agreed to create and conduct a training on health and observation checks for all facility staff. Director will inform parents of health and observation checks. Director will submit staff sign in sheet and training agenda Based on interviews and record review, on 7/12/24, LPA received report of an infant vomiting on 7/11/24 at approximately 3:00pm. Based on review of sign in and sign out sheets, the infant returned to the facility on 7/12/24 at 9:26am. This is an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care. by 5pm on 8/7/24 and submit to LPA email sarah.garcia@dss.ca.gov.
