101439(g) · Infant Care Center Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies Furniture shall be maintained in good repair and safe condition. The facility was found to be out of compliance by evidence of a bouncer present in the facility during today's inspection. LPA Dillon immediately addressed the baby bouncer with the Director. The Director removed the baby bouncer during today's inspection. The Director will send the bouncer home today. The Director shall submit a letter of understanding, outlining how this will be avoided in the future by the POC date. The Director was reminded that baby bouncers, walkers, and jumpers are prohibited in a license child care center. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of the children in care. AB 633 states upon receipt, licensee shall post and provide copies of this licensing report to parents/guardians of children in care at the facility and to parents/guardians of children newly enrolled at the facility during the next 12 months and it is to be signed and kept in each child’s file.
