Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPA observation Licensee did not comply with the section cited above when LPA observed an inflatable canvas hot tub filled with water with a latchable cover that did not meet regulation, enclosed behind a wire fence that did not meet regulations, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
