Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when the mop and mop bucket with cleaning solution was in the zebra classroom bathroom. Children were engage in free play in the attached classroom, therefore the items were accessible, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. A written plan will be submitted to the Department within 24 hours Based on interviews and facility records the Center failed to provide the remaining teachers necessary to meet the overall ratio of children on March 21, 2024.
