Facility shall ensure that all the classrooms are at least 68 degrees and send the LPA an image of a thermostat in each classroom displaying a temperature of at least 68 degrees F no later than March 31, 2023. The building did not have any heat in the classrooms for approximately two weeks where the temperatures reached below 68 degrees F.
