  102423(a)(2) · (a) Each child receiving services from a family child care home shall have certain rights that shall not be waived or abridged by the licensee...These rights include, but are not limited to, the following:(2) To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment. Licensee shall develop a written plan on changes in the home to aid in better supervision that ensures the safety of the children in care. The plan shall be read and signed by the Licensee and the 2 assistants. The POC is due 4/24/2025

  Based on the interviews and information obtained children in care engaged in inappropriate activity with each other which is a violation of the personal rights of children in care which poses an immediate risk to the Health, Safety or Personal Rights to children in care. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
