Based on Director stated she now communicates with the teachers and conducts individual meetings with staff to discuss supervision requirements. Director stated she would check on the classrooms every 15 minutes and she intended to obtain additional staff o support the classrooms and to ensure that the classes are adequately staff. interviews which showed that a staffing shortage contributed to a lack of supervision.
