Per Administrator, the facility will provide appropriate sleeping equipment to school age children and store them in the classrooms. Based on interviews and observations conducted, the Licensee did not ensure that children are provided with appropriate sleeping equipment by having children sleep with their heads on the table. Per Administrator, the facility will review Title 22 regulation 101161(a) and will ensure they adhere to title 22 section 101161(a). Based on interviews conducted, the Licensee states that children between the preschool program and school age program are co-mingled.
