Per licensee, she does not hit the children and says the children did not tell the truth. The licensee states she will not appeal. Based on interviews, Child #1 and Child #2 stated that licensee gives "pow pows" to Child #2 and Child #4. Child # 2 used their hand to hit themselves 2 times on their bottom saying this is how licensee named "Nani" by children, hits children.
