  Licensee agrees to submit a written action plan on the facility will ensure the safety of other children in care and how they will work with children demonstrating challenging behaviors. Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as interviews and record review revealed that children in care were being injured by another day-care child which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
