Per program manager the outlets labeled A, B, and C were remediated and retested on 2/16/2024. Outlet labeled I was capped. Facility will provide LIC 999, LIC 9275, and LIC 9276 by POC due date. Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as four outlet (outlet used for hand washing) out of ten outlets tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE).
