LPA Cabrera asked Licensee to open the unlocked top drawer of the kitchen cabinet. LPA observed small coins, white tablets (medicine), and small bag of marijuana. The Adult #4 confirmed to LPA that it was marijuana. At the time of the inspection, there were 2 infants and two small children present. During the tour of the facility, LPA Cabrera observed Child #4 sleeping on the bed in Bedroom #2. Licensee reported the bedroom and bed belongs to her adult son. LPA asked if Licensee provided clean sheets for Child #4. Licensee answered no. (1) The licensee shall request the child's parent or authorized representative to sign and date the bottom portion of the notice form LIC 995A (8/06), which acknowledges that the parent or authorized representative has received and read the LIC 995A.
