102416.2(a) · 102416.2 Reporting Requirements(a) The licensee shall report the following information to the Department by telephone or fax within the Department's next business day and during normal working hours (8am to 5pm).

The Licensee Margie Tienda will review Regulation 102416.2, Reporting Requirements, and submit a written protocol to the Fresno South Child Care Regional Office on or before 3/20/2026. The written protocol shall outline how Licensee Margie Tienda will maintain compliance with Title 22 regulations and ensure that no further similar infractions or non compliance issues occur. Based on interviews and records reviewed, Licensee did not comply with the cited regulation, Licensee did not report an unusual incident to our department within the required timeframe which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights to children in care.
