In the Shooting Star classroom bathroom, LPA observed various boxes of school supplies on the floor next to the preschool toilet, 11 blue cots on the restroom floor, high wall shelves with various storage boxes, school supplies and miscellaneous plastic containers that are stack high, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Director, Cheri agrees to also conduct an determined that staff allowed day care children with symptoms of illness to attend the facility and staff did not isolate ill day care children from well children. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care. informal training/discussion with her subordinate staff on the importance of quickly isolating ill children away from well children to assist in unnecessary exposure to other children in care.
