These results indicate out of compliance over ALE 5.5 PPB, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care Wood agrees to submit evidence of replacement and remediation of outlets M and P located in the school kitchen by testing at or below Action Level by POC due date of 3/7/2023. Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection, both classrooms have a hand sanitizing pump near the doorway low enough for the children to access which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
