Deficient Practice Statement Upon inspection of the kitchen area, the LPA observed two drawers that had items such as a screw driver, screws, E6000 glue, pointed scissors and a pointed meat thermometer in them. The LPA also observed sharp butcher knives on the bottom of the freezer which were accessible to children. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
