102417(a) · Operation of A Family Child Care Home (a) The licensee shall be present in the home and shall ensure that children in care are supervised at all times. When circumstances require the licensee to be temporarily absent from the home, the licensee shall arrange for a substitute adult to care for and supervise the children during his/her absence. Temporary absences shall not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day.

During today's inspection the home was found to be clean and organized and free of clutter. LPA's cleared POC based on today's inspection. Based on LPAs observation he home was cluttered and unorderly in the rooms that are accessible to children in care. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.

Per licensee bouncers were removed as of 04/08/2025 and staff have reviewed the regulations regarding safe toys and equipment and materials. POC cleared on today's inspection. Based on LPAs observed two bouncers in the infant room. Staff interviews concluded the bouncers were bought and used for the infants in care. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
