Per Licensee will read infant safe sleep regulation 102425 and provided LPA with a statement of understanding. Licensee reported they will provide statement on POC due date 03/04/2026. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed 2 infants in play yards with blankets, bottles, and pacifier attached to clothing. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
