Per Licensee will read infant safe sleep regulation 102425 and provided LPA with a statement of understanding. Licensee reported they will provide statement on POC due date 03/04/2026. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed 2 infants in play yards with blankets, bottles, and pacifier attached to clothing. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Deficient Practice Statement Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee was unable to provide current documentation of Licensee checking on infants while they were sleeping.
