results from the water lead sampling test showing an ALE of 6.6 ppb in Site Supervisor said water source (G) will be capped immediately and all water source to the fountain was already shut off. We provided a do not use sign and covered the fountain and it will be replaced with a newer water fountain that allows for bottle refills. Site Supervisor also stated a lead test will be conducted on the new water source (G). This poses a potential risk to the health, safey, and/or personal rights of children in care. water source once it is intalled and the results will be submitted to Licensing. interviews with staff conducted during today’s inspection/ Staff will send plan indicating procedures to be used to ensure supervision at all times, when children leave classroom, play in outside play area and return to classroom from outside play area. Staff will send plan to Fresno Regional Office by 03/11/2022. Staff stated a child was left in outside play area alone for less than two (2) minutes.
