    Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs observed Clorox bleach gel, razor blade in a unlocked bathroom cabinet, shampoos on the bath tub. In the kitchen counter, LPAs observed a 3 inch switch blade and Lysol disinfecting spray. In the front yard, LPAs observed a live black widow and motor oil and automobile parts. All items were accessible to the children present, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 05/14/2024
