This requirment was not met by evidenced of Director Moreno stated that the facility will make the wood chip box inaccessible to the children by the above POC date, Director Moreno stated that they are making the box a garden in June. Director will send a picture to LPA by POC date of box being inacccesible to children. LPA observed that there is a 10 inch gap between the bottom of the wood chip box and the top this making a tripping hazard thus being a portential health, safety or persona rightsl risk to children in care.     Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation during the inspection, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the LPA observed three staff to be in the fenced outside playground with children, however all three staff were standing in a circle by the play structure talking and not supervising the children. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. POC Due Date: 01/14/2022
