It was discussed that continued violations of Title 22 Regulations and failure to maintain compliance will result in a Non-Compliance conference and may be referred to our Legal Division for possible Administrative Action. This will allow parents time to find other form of child care. Licensee shall provide written documentation that she is aware that she cannot provide care to infants or school age children. Said documentation shall be provided to Fresno South Community Care Licensing office no later than 5/16/2025.
