Based on record review LPA observed that Drinking Fountain - G was removed and capped. Per staff, Drinking water comes from the kitchen faucet which did not test for lead exceedance. POC cleared during site visit. and observations, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as Drinking Fountain- G (6 UG/L) tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE).
