  , as evidenced by: Based on the interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the cited section The licensee admitted that she occasionally had 17–18 children in her facility. She understands that she is only allowed to have a maximum of 14 children during operating hours. The LPA examined records and conducted interviews with relevant parties. The licensee's facility has over 44 children enrolled, some attending only AM or PM sessions. However, many children remain on-site from after school until their parents arrive in the evening, which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. The licensee agreed to a meeting at the Regional Office (RO). The Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) will contact her to schedule the appointment.
