102416.5(a) · Staffing Ratio and Capacity-The capacity specified on the license shall be the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time.

Licenesee stated , will wait until the families have an official date of no longer attending care before enrolling new families. Regional Manager from Palmdale, will be scheduling a meeting with the licensee and Community Connection for Child Care and CAPK Migrant Child Care program. Based on Community Connection for Child Care and CAPK Migrant Child Care program The timesheets for the month of September and October 1, 2, 3, 4 ,7,8,9,10,11,14,15,16,17,18, and 21 revealed to be over ratio by having 16 children present in the AM. The facility did not comply with the section cited above in being over ratio which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

102425(c) · Infant Safe Sleep An Individual Infant Sleeping Plan [LIC 9227 (3/20)] shall be completed for each infant up to 12 months of age the provider has in care and included in the infant's file at the facility.
